Abstract
"MéTODO PARA FABRICAR CONJUNTO COMBINADO DE TUBO DE EIXO DE ACIONAMENTO E FORQUILHA". Um método pra fabricar conjunto combinado de tubo de acionamento e forquilha inclui a etapa inicial de fornecer uma peça de trabalho tendo uma primeira porção extrema,uma porção central e uma segunda porção extrema.A peça de trabalho pode ter uma espessura de parede variável, como pela provisão da primeira porção extrema e segunda porção extrema com uma primeira espessura de parede e a porção central com uma segunda espessura de parede que é maior do que a primeira espessura de parede. Se desejado,a porção central da peça de trabalho pode ser dotada de uma crista que entende-se em torno da circunferência da mesma. Adicionalmente, a porção central da peça de trabalho pode ser dotada de uma pluralidade de protuberâncias.A peça de trabalho pode ser oca, pode ser deformada no formato desejado por hidroformação ou formação por pulso magnético.A porção central da peça de trabalho é dividida, como ao longo da crista circunferencial,para fornecer uma par de conjuntos combinados de tubo de eixo de acionamento e forquilha.Além disso, porções das protuberâncias podem ser removidas para fornecer uma pluralidade de aberturas em cada um do par de conjuntos combinados de tubo de eixo de acionamento e forquilha.
