Abstract

"FREIO PARA UM ELEVADOR". Nesse freio (1) autocentrador, o momento de frenagem permanece igual em operação normal e em caso de falha de uma metade de freio (3). O freio (1) consiste em uma caixa (2) em forma de U em seção transversal, sendo que uma perna do U corresponde a uma metade de freio (3). As metades de freio (3) são estruturadas idênticas. Para cada metade de freio (3) está prevista uma guarnição de freio (4) ativa e uma guarnição de freio (5) passiva. A guarnição de freio (4) ativa é ativada por uma força elástica de uma mola de pressão (6). Em caso de falha de uma metade de freio (3), a guarnição de freio (5) passiva assume a função da guarnição de freio (4) ativa.
