Abstract

"EQUIPAMENTO PARA PASTEURIZAçãO". O presente resumo refere-se a uma patente de invenção para em equipamento de pasteurização de produtos em recipientes, que são tratados por meio de secções em seq³ência no mínimo para aquecimento, pasteurização e esfriamento com auxílio de líquido derramado por cima bem como com um gabinete de pasteurização com disposição, no mesmo, de instalações de transporte, injeção e outras, tinas, bombas e similares, e distingue-se pelo fato de , que o gabinete do túnel forme configuração modular, de segmentos flexíveis e intercambiáveis, sendo que esses segmentos correm transversalmente e ao longo da direção do transporte do equipamento para pasteurização, e sejam alinháveis uns aos outros ao longo da direção desse transporte indicada pelos tanques de zona e/ou tanques de água quente.
