Abstract

"UM MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR áCIDO ORGáNICO". Um propósito da presente invenção é o fornecimento de um método para produzir ácido orgânico com mais eficiência na fermentação. A presente invenção fornece um método para produzir ácido orgânico com base em um material orgânico, permitindo que a célula bacteriana ou seus produtos tratados atuem em uma solução de reação aquosa, contendo o material orgânico acima, que é caracterizado pelo fato de, após a conclusão da reação, a solução de reação aquosa ser recuperada, a célula ou seus produtos tratados serem separados com base na solução de reação aquosa recuperada, e a célula separada ou seus produtos tratados agirem em uma solução de reação aquosa recém preparada, para que a célula ou seus produtos tratados sejam usados repetidamente.
