Abstract
"PROCESSOS PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UMA SUSPENSãO ESTáVEL". A presente invenção trata de um processo para a preparação de uma suspensão estável de um material de proteína em uma bebida ácida, que compreende a mistura: (A) de uma pasta de material de proteína homogênea e hidratada, com (B) uma dispersão de agente ácido estabilizante de proteína hidratada, e pasteurização e homogeneização da mistura. Em uma realização alternativa, a presente invenção trata de um processo para a preparação de uma suspensão estável de um material de proteína em uma bebida ácida, que compreende a mistura: (A^ 1^) de uma pasta de material de proteína homogênea e hidratada e agente estabilizante de proteína com (B) uma dispersão de agente ácido estabilizante de proteína hidratada, e pasteurização e homogeneização da mistura.
