Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE REVESTIMENTO DE PRIMER CONDUTORA, COMPOSIçãO DE PRIMER, SUBSTRATOS DE PLáSTICO FLEXìVEL E PROCESSO PARA REVESTIR CARROCERIA DE AUTOMóVEL OU CAMINHãO". A presente invenção apresenta composições de primer eletricamente condutoras e flexíveis que endurecem para formar materiais condutores sob condições de cura à temperatura ambiente ou baixa temperatura de cozimento. A composição de primer contém solventes e 40 a 75 % em peso de aglutinante formador de película e pigmentos em uma razão de peso total entre o pigmento e o aglutinante de cerca de 1:100 a 100:100; sendo que o aglutinante contém (A) uma resina flexível de poliéster contendo hidróxi e (B) um agente de reticulação orgânico de poliisocianato; e em que os pigmentos incluem pigmentos eletricamente condutores em uma razão de peso entre o pigmento e o aglutinante de cerca de 1:100 a 130:100 e os pigmentos eletricamente condutores consistem essencialmente em uma combinação de grafite e pigmentos de negro de fumo condutores em uma razão de peso entre o grafite e o negro de fumo de cerca de 120:1 a 1:1, e a composição forma um revestimento flexível duro que tem uma condutividade de superfície de pelo menos 100 unidades Ransburg quando curada à temperatura ambiente ou em condições de baixa temperatura de cozimento. A composição de revestimento pode ser usada em substratos de metal ou de plástico para tornar o substrato condutor.
