Abstract

"PROTEìNA DE FUSãO DIMéRICA, MéTODOS DE TRATAR, PREVENIR OU MELHORAR UM OU MAIS SINTOMAS DE UM DISTúRBIO AUTOIMUNE E UM OU MAIS SINTOMAS DE PúRPURA TROMBOCITOPêNICA IDIOPáTICA, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, áCIDO NUCLEICO, VETOR, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA MéTODO DE PRODUZIR RECOMBINANTEMENTE O POLIPEPTìDEO, POLIPEPTìDEO ISOLADO, FRAGMENTO DE QUALQUER UM DOS POLIPEPTìDEOS, E, MOLéCULA DE áCIDO NUCLEICO ISOLADA". A presente invenção refere-se a moléculas, de preferência polipeptídeos solúveis (isto é, não ligados a membrana), sendo o mais preferível polipeptídeos de fusão solúveis compreendendo as regiões solúveis extracelulares de um FcyR, derivados e análogos das mesmas, e ácidos nucleicos que codificam as mesmas. Moléculas da invenção são particularmente úteis para o tratamento, controle, ou prevenção, ou melhoramento de um ou mais sintomas de uma doença autoimune, particularmente para melhorar deficiência de plaquetas no soro associada com púrpura trombocitopênica imune.
