Abstract
"APARELHO DE MATRIZ DE MOLDAGEM DE Pó E MéTODO DE MOLDAGEM PARA A OBTENçãO DE UM PRODUTO DE MOLDAGEM DE Pó". A presente invenção refere-se a uma camada de tratamento de superfície 11 que é formada sobre uma superfície 1O de um furo de saída 1 de modo que a superfície 10 tenha um ângulo X de contato com a solução L menor que um ângulo Y de contato de uma matriz 2 por si só com a solução L. Quando a solução L é aplicada, a ação umedecedora da solução L com relação ao furo de saída 1 torna-se maior de modo que a solução L possa se estender sobre a camada de tratamento de superfície 11, eventualmente por toda a superfície do furo de saída 1. Conseqüentemente, toda a superfície do mesmo pode ser formada com uma camada cristalizada por meio de evaporação de água. Como um resultado, a moldagem a uma temperatura maior pode ser feita, e compactos de alta densidade podem ser estavelmente obtidos. Além disso, a solução L, na qual o lubrificante é dissolvido em um solvente para uma fase homogênea, é aplicada em uma porção de moldagem 1A, e, em seguida, evaporada de modo a assim formar cristais sobre a mesma, desta maneira formando a camada cristalizada.
