Abstract

CONJUGADO DE POLIPEPTÍDEO FISIOLOGICAMENTE ATIVO POSSUINDO MEIA VIDA ÚTIL IN VIVO PROLONGADA. Conjugado de proteína possuindo uma meia vida útil in vivo prolongada de uma atividade fisiológica, compreendendo i) um polipeptídeo fisiologicamente ativo, ii) um polímero não peptídico e iii) uma imunoglobulina, sendo útil para o desenvolvimento de um medicamento de polipeptídeo devido à estabilidade in vivo melhorada e meia vida útil prolongada no sangue, enquanto reduz a possibilidade de induzir uma resposta imune.
