Abstract

"MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE 1,2-PROPANODIOL". é proporcionado método de produção de 1,2-propanodiol. O método inclui incubar Klebsiella pneumoniae num meio contendo 10-30 g/L de uma fonte de carbono de açúcar excluindo 6-deoxihexoses, em condições acróbicas; e separar 1,2-propanodiol a partir das culturas. Usando o método, o 1,2-propanodiol pode ser produzido com alto rendimento incubando Klebsiella pneumoniae num meio que contém uma fonte de carbono de açúcar mais económico.
