Abstract
"CHAPA DE AçO REVESTIDA DE ZINCO FUNDIDO DE ALTA RESISTêNCIA E PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DA MESMA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma chapa de aço revestida de zinco fundido superior em capacidade de aderência do revestimento e fornecida tanto com resistência quanto com conformabilidade e um método de produção dessa chapa de aço revestida de zinco fundido por um sistema contínuo de produção de revestimento de zinco que permita a produção a baixo custo sem modificação do sistema ou adição de etapas, a mencionada chapa de aço revestida de zinco fundido caracterizada por compreender, em % em peso, uma chapa de aço incluindo C: 0,05 a 0,40%, Si: 0,2 a 3.0%, e Mn: 0,1 a 2,5%, o restante compreendido de Fe as inevitáveis impurezas, tendo em sua superfície uma camada de revestimento de Zn contendo Al: o,o1 a 1 % e o restante sendo Zn e as inevitáveis impurezas e contendo dentro do aço, a 2 gm da interface da mencionada camada de revestimento com a chapa de aço, partículas de óxido de pelo menos um tipo de óxido selecionado de um óxido de Al, óxido de Si, óxido de Mn, ou um óxido complexo compreendido de pelo menos 2 entre Al, Si e Mn.
