Abstract

"VACINA AVIáRIA DE E. COLI PARA PROTEçãO CONTRA COLIBACILOSE". A presente invenção refere-se a uma vacina de E. coli viva, mutante, de remoção genética, adequada para a aplicação em massa a aves domésticas, incluindo as galinhas. Também é proporcionado um método seguro e eficaz para proteger as aves domésticas contra os danos da infecção e da doença de bacilose por Escherichia coli, em que um imunógeno de E. coli com gene de aroA- removido, mutante, vivo, é administrado a galinhas, perus e similares, via rotas de aplicação em massa, tais como as pulverizações grosseiras e a água potável.
