Abstract

"FOLHA DE WAFER". A presente invenção refere-se a uma folha de wafer como produto de forno não perecível que apresenta nas superfícies de uma camada de suporte, que ficam opostas uma à outra, respectivamente, uma estrutura de nervuras. A camada de suporte tem a forma de uma chapa ondulada (1,10,11,12), da mesma espessura, por exemplo, com uma ondulação semelhante a uma forma senoidal ou trapezoidal de cantos. Transversais a isto passam nervuras (5, 5<39>, 6) que atravessam ou fazem uma ponte sobre vales da onda (3, 3<39>, 3<39><39> 3<39><39><39>). Os vales da onda (3, 3<39>, 3<39><39>, 3<39><39><39>) de uma e da outra superfície ou do lado superior e do lado inferior tocam uma linha central (4) imaginária da seção transversal da folha de wafer, ou ultrapassam esta linha. A espessura de parede média das nervuras (5, 5<39>, 6) corresponde à espessura de parede da chapa ondulada (1, 10, 11, 12). A orientação das nervuras (5, 5<39>, 6) em relação às linhas do vértice da onda é inclinada ou perpendicular. As nervuras (6) nos vales da onda (3<39>, 3<39<39>) no lado superior são deslocadas em torno de uma meia divisão em relação às nervuras (5, 5<39>) dos vales da onda (3, 3<39><39><39>) no lado inferior. Os ângulos de inclinação (<244>, <244><39>) da ondulação (14) semelhantes a um ziguezague ou os raios de curvatura (r, r<39>) são variáveis dependendo da parte desejada de massa por unidade de espaço. A forma de assar (13) apresenta, no lado da borda, réguas de vapor (15), com fendas de vapor na ondulação (14) que sai como fenda.
