A presente invenção refere-se a novos derivados de difeniluréia utilizáveis como bloqueadores de canal de cloreto. Em outros aspectos, a invenção refere-se ao uso destes compostos em um método para terapia, e a composições farmacêuticas compreendendo os compostos da invenção.
