Abstract
"MéTODO PARA A EXPRESSãO DE UMA REGIãO DE CODIFICAçãO DE INTERESSE, MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM áCIDO GRAXO <sym>-3 OU <sym>-6, E MOLéCULAS DE áCIDO NUCLéICO ISOLADAS". Foi verificado que as regiões de promotor associadas com os genes de gliceraldeído-3-fosfato deidrpgenase (gpd) de Yarrowia lipolytica e de fosfoglicerato mutase (gpm) são particularmente eficazes para a expressão de genes heterólogos em levedura oleaginosa. Foi demonstrado que as regiões de promotor da invenção dirigem a expressão de alto nível dos genes envolvidos na produção de ácidos graxos <sym>3- e <sym>-6.
