Abstract

POLINUCLEOTÍDEO RECOMBINANTE, CONSTRUÇÕES DE DNA RECOMBINANTE, MÉTODO DE AUMENTO DO TEOR TOTAL DE ÁCIDO GRAXO DE UMA SEMENTE, MÉTODO DE AUMENTO DO TEOR TOTAL DE ÁCIDO GRAXO DE UMA CÉLULA DE OLEAGINOSA, ÁCIDOS NUCLEICOS RECOMBINANTES, MÉTODO DE PRODUÇÃO DE UMA SEMENTE OLEAGINOSA, MÉTODOS PARA PRODUZIR UM PRODUTO A PARTIR DA SEMENTE OLEAGINOSA E PRODUTO OU SUBPRODUTO. A presente invenção descreve oleaginosas transgênicas que possuem teor total de ácido graxo aumentado em pelo menos 10% e perfis de ácidos graxos alterados em comparação com o teor total de ácido graxo de oleaginosas segregante nulas. Genes DGAT inovadores são utilizados para atingir o aumento dos lipídios de armazenagem de sementes.
