"MéTODOS DE PRODUçãO DE UMA FOSFOLIPASE, DE HIDROLISAR UM FOSFOLIPìDEO, DE PRODUZIR QUEIJO, E DE PREPARAR UMA MASSA OU UM PRODUTO ASSADO FEITO DA MASSA , FOSFOLIPASE, SEQüêNCIA DE áCIDO NUCLéICO, CONSTRUTO DE ACIDO NUCLEICO, VETOR DE EXPRESSãO RECOMBINANTE, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA RECOMBINANTE, COMPOSIçãO DE MASSA, COMPOSIçãO DETERGENTE, E, PROCESSOS PARA REDUZIR O CONTEúDO DE FóSFORO EM UM óLEO VEGETAL, E PARA PRODUZIR QUEIJO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para produzir uma fosfolipase pelo processamento de um peptídeo fúngico expressado e a certas fosfolipases específicas.
