Abstract
"COMPOSIçõES DE LIBERAçãO CONTROLADA". As composições aqui apresentadas são para uso como agentes terapêuticos de liberação controlada para o tratamento de uma grande variedade de doenças. Em particular, as composições fornecem agentes bioativos solúveis em água, íons orgânicos e polímeros onde o agente bioativo é eficientemente liberado durante um determinado tempo com produtos de degradação mínima. A composição de liberação controlada resultante permite a administração de um volume de dosagem reduzido devido ao conteúdo elevado da droga e à predominância do agente bioativo não degradado após a liberação. Adicionalmente, as composições da presente invenção têm capacidade de liberações sustentadas de longo prazo.
