Abstract

"MEDIçãO DE UMA REAçãO DE AMPLIFICAçãO DE POLINUCLEOTìDEO". Uma medição quantitativa do progresso de uma reação de amplificação de polinucleotídeo pode ser feita por meio de: (i) realização de uma reação para E amplificação de um polinucleotídeo alvo; (ii) ou durante ou após a reação de amplificação, colocação do produto amplificado em contato com uma molécula que se ligue a ou interaja com um polinucleotídeo, a molécula estando localizada em uma posição espacialmente definida ou sendo determinada por meio de uma técnica não-linear ou não-fluorescente; e (iii) detectar a interação entre o produto amplificado e a molécula por medição de mudanças em radiação.
