"MéTODO PARA FABRICAR PARTìCULAS DE SORVETE QUE POSSAM SER ARMAZENADAS EM FREEZERES CONVENCIONAIS". A presente invenção se refere a um aparelho e método para fabricar partículas de sorvete com ponto de congelamento suficiente para permitir sua utilização em um ambiente de congelamento doméstico ou em pontos de venda no varejo.
