Abstract

"POLIPEPTìDEO, POLINUCLEOTìDEO ISOLADO OU RECOMBINANTE, VETOR DE EXPRESSãO , CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA, E, MéTODO DE PREPARAR UM POLIPEPTìDEO DE HHDH". A presente invenção refere-se aos novos polipeptídeos de haloidrina-desalogenase e aos polinucleotídeos que os codificam. Estes polipeptídeos são úteis na produção de derivados de ácido 4-substituído-3-butírico e de ésteres de ácido carboxílico vicinal-ciano, hidroxil-substituídos. A invenção também proporciona vetores, células hospedeiras e métodos relacionados.
