Abstract

derivados de 1-benzoil-piperazina como inibidores da absorção de glicina para o tratamento de psicose. a invenção se refere a compostos da fórmula i em que ar é arila substituída ou heteroarila de 6 membros não-substituída ou substituída, contendo um, dois ou três átomos de nitrogênio e em que os grupos arila ou heteroarila podem ser substituídos por um ou mais substituintes selecionados do grupo que consiste de hidróxi, halogênio, cn, (c1-c6)-alquila, (c1-c6)-alquila substituída por halogênio, (c1-c6)-alcóxi, (c1-c6)-alcóxi substituído por halogênio, nr7r8, c(o)r9 ou so2r10; r1 é hidrogênio ou (c1-c6)-alquila; r2 é halogênio, (c1-c6)-alquila, (c2-c6)-alquenila, em que um átomo de hidrogênio pode ser substituído por cn, c(o)-r9 ou (c1-c6)-alquila ou é (c2-c6)-alquinila, (c1-c6)-alquila substituída por halogênio, -(ch2)n-(c3-c7)-cicloalquila, -(ch2)n-heterocicloalquila, -c(o)-r9, -(ch2)n-arila ou -(ch2)n-heteroarila de 5 ou 6 membros contendo um, dois ou três heteroátomos, selecionados do grupo que consiste de oxigênio, enxofre ou nitrogênio em que arila, cicloalquila, heterocicloalquila e heteroarila são não-substituídas ou substituídas por um ou mais substituintes selecionados do grupo que consiste de hidróxi, halogênio, (c1-c6)-alquila, (c1-c6)-alquila substituída por halogênio ou (c1-c6)-alcóxi; r3, r4 e r6 independentemente um dos outros são hidrogênio, hidróxi, halogênio, (c1-c6)-alquila ou (c1-c6)-alcóxi; r5 é no2, cn, c(o)r9, so2r10 ou nr11r12; r7 e r8 independentemente um dos outros são hidrogênio ou (c1-c6)-alquila; os outros substituintes são definidos nas reivindicações; e aos sais de adição de ácido farmaceuticamente aceitáveis dos mesmos para o tratamento de psicoses, dor, disfunção neurodegenerativa na memória e no aprendizado, esquizofrenia, demência e outras doenças nas quais os processos cognitivos estão prejudicados, tais como os distúrbios de déficit de atenção ou a doença de alzheimer.
