Abstract
"PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO E SISTEMA DE PRODUçãO DE CHAPA DE AçO GALVANIZADA E RECOZIDA DE ALTA RESISTêNCIA". A presente invenção refdere-se a um processo de produção para produzir uma chapa de aço galvanizada e recozida de alta resistência, por meio de um equipamento de produção de chapa de aço galvanizada por imersão a quente, usando um forno de recozimento do tipo tubo radiante, e um equipamento de produção para a mesma que são fornecidos, compreendendo galvanizar continuamente por imersão a quente uma chapa de aço de alta resistência tendo um teor de Si de 0,4 a 2,0% em peso, durante a qual se faz a atmosfera da zona de redução de uma atmosfera contendo H~ 2~ de 1 a 60% em peso e compreendido do saldo de N~ 2~, H~ 2~O, O~ 2~, CO~ 2~, CO, e as inevitáveis ímpurezas, controlando-se log(PCO~ 2~/PH~ 2~) da pressão parcial do dióxido de carbono e a pressão parcial do hidrogênio na atmosfera para log(PCO~ 2~/PH~ 2~) <243> -0,5 e log(PCO~ 2~/PH~ 2~) da pressão parcial da água e da pressão parcial do hidrogênio para log(PH~ 2~O/PH~ 2~) <243> -0,5 e controlar log(P~ T~/PH~ 2~) da pressão total parcial P~ T~ da pressão parcial do dióxido de carbono PCO~ 2~ e a pressão parcial da água PH~ 2~O, e a pressão parcial do hidrogênio para -3 <243> log(P~ T~/PH~ 2~) <243> -0,5.
