Abstract

"COMPOSIçõES DE TONER". A invenção refere-se a composições de toner que incluem uma resina não-reticulada, uma resina reticulada ou gel, uma cera, e um colorante; e processos para preparar um toner, incluindo misturar uma resina não-reticulada e uma resina reticulada ou gel, na presença de uma cera, um colorante e um coagulante, para formar agregados de toner com tamanho classificado; adicionar mais látex não-reticulado aos agregados formados, produzindo desta forma uma casca sobre os agregados formados; aquecer os agregados cobertos com casca para formar um toner; e opcionalmente, isolar o toner.
