"MéTODO PARA PREPARAR UMA EMULSãO COMESTìVEL, EMULSãO COMESTìVEL E PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO". é descrita uma emulsão comestível com fibras insolúveis. A emulsão comestível é apropriada para o uso como uma base para a obtenção de produtos alimentícios com teor reduzido de óleo. Os produtos alimentícios com teor reduzido de óleo feitos com a emulsão comestível que tem fibras insolúveis e ingredientes diários têm viscosidades aceitáveis pelo consumidor e textura e propriedades sensoriais consistentes com os produtos alimentícios com teor integral de gordura.
