Abstract

"APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA REFORçAR A DISTRIBUIçãO TRANSDéRMICA DE MEDICAMENTO". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho para distribuição transdérmica de um agente biologicamente ativo, que compreende: (i) uma compressa de gel contendo uma formulação de hidrogel; e (ii) um elemento de microprojeção tendo superfícies de topo e fundo, uma pluralidade de aberturas que se estendem pelo elemento de microprojeção e uma pluralidade de microprotrusões de perfuração do estrato córneo que se projetam da dita superfície de fundo do elemento de microprojeção, o elemento de microprojeção sendo adaptado para receber a compressa de gel, com o que a formulação de hidrogel escoa pelas aberturas do elemento de microprojeção. De preferência, a formulação de hidrogel compreende um hidrogel à base de água.
