Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO DE MEDIçãO DA FLUORESCêNCIA DE PELO MENOS UMA AMOSTRA EM PELO MENOS UMA CáMARA DE AMOSTRAS E DISPOSITIVO DE SEPARAçãO". Um método de medir a fluorescência de pelo menos uma amostra (1) em pelo menos uma câmara da amostra (10, 11), que se estende ao longo de uma direção (x) de referência longitudinal, compreende as etapas de posicionar a amostra (1) na câmara da amostra (10, 11), irradiar a amostra (1) com luz de excitação a partir de uma fonte de luz de excitação (20) ao longo de um trajeto de luz de excitação e detectar a luz fluorescente da amostra (1) com um dispositivo detector (30) ao longo de um trajeto de luz de detecção, em que um dos trajetos de luz de excitação e detecção se estende através da câmara da amostra (10, 11) paralelo à direção (x) de referência longitudinal e o respectivo outro trajeto de luz de excitação e detecção se estende numa direção (y) desviando-se da direção (x) de referência longitudinal. Além disso, é descrito um dispositivo para medir a fluorescência, de acordo com este método.
