Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA REMOVER COMPOSTOS DE MERCúRIO DE UMA CORRENTE CONTENDO GLICOL E/OU áLCOOL E PROCESSO PARA REMOVER áGUA, COMPOSTOS DE ENXOFRE E/OU DIóXIDO DE CARBONO DE UMA CORRENTE CONTENDO HIDROCARBONETO". A invenção é um processo para remover compostos de mercúrio de uma corrente absorvente líquida contendo glicol ou álcool a qual contem compostos de mercúrio, especialmente uma corrente de glicol a qual tem sido usada em uma planta de secagem de glicol para remover água de corrente de gás natural. O processo compreende contactar a corrente absorvente líquida carregada com mercúrio com um leito de partículas absorventes sólidas, compreendendo um metal sulfetado, opcionalmente suportado em material de suporte, ou enxofre suportado em carbono.
