Abstract

"USO DE INIBIDORES GLUCOSIDASE PARA TERAPIA DE MUCOVISIDOSE". A invenção se refere ao uso de inibidores glucosidase selecionados a partir dos compostos de fórmula geral (I) abaixo: no qual R~ 1~ representa um grupo CH~ 3~, ou CH~ 2~OH, R~ 2~ representa H ou um grupo alquil com 1 a 5 átomos de carbono, ou R~ 1~ e R~ 2~ formam juntos com o carbono na posição (a) e o nitrogênio de fórmula (I) acima um grupo de fórmula: para a preparação de um medicamento pretendido para o tratamento de fibrose cística.
