Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA RESOLVER ACIDOS MANDéLICOS E COMPOSTO". A presente invenção diz respeito a um novo processo para a resolução de derivados de ácido mandélico a partir de misturas de derivados de ácido mandélico racêmico pela formação de sal com amidas cíclicas de base quiral; para os sais de amida cíclica do ácido mandélico resolvidos (ver, por exemplo, a fórmula IIa) bem como certos outros sais de amina e metálicos dos derivados de ácido mandélico, e ao uso dos derivados de ácido mandélico resolvidos como intermediários apropriados para a fabricação em larga escala de, por exemplo, compostos farmacêuticos; A fórmula IIa, em que R é selecionado a de CHF~ 2~, H, Alquila C~ 1-6~, CH~ 2~F, CHC1~ 2~ e CC1F~ 2~; e em que n é 0, 1 ou 2; R1 é H ou Alquila C~ 1-6~ e X é H, halo ou Alquila C~ 1-6~.
