Abstract

"FORMA DE APRESENTAçãO TRANSDéRMICA, LìQUIDA OU SEMI-SóLIDA, RESISTENTE A UV, COM SUBSTáNCIA ATIVA FOTOSSENSìVEL". A invenção refere-se a formas de apresentação farmacêuticas semi-sólidas e líquidas, para uso transdérmico, com uma substância ativa farmacêutica fotossensível na faixa de UV e pelo menos um adjuvante absorvedor de luz UV (absorvedor de UV), sendo que o mesmo está presente na forma de apresentação em forma dissolvida ou dispersa. Vantajosamente, a forma de apresentação de acordo com a invenção refere-se a géis transdérmicos, cuja base de gel está composta de água, álcool, pelo menos um polímero formados de gel e, opcionalmente, outros ingredientes. Esses géis também são designados por géis hidroalcoólicos. é posta à disposição uma forma de apresentação com uma substância ativa farmacêutica fotossensível, sendo que o sistema de aplicação obtém uma alta estabilidade, sem as desvantagens conhecidas no uso das formas de aplicação transdérmicas semi-sólidas, convencionais. Nesse caso, efeitos colaterais nocivos para o usuário, possivelmente resultantes da fotoproteção visada, tal como, por exemplo, absorção de substâncias fotoprotetores pelo corpo, são mantidos os menores possíveis.
