Abstract
"DERIVADO DE 1-¢(INDOL-3-IL)CARBONIL!PIPERAZINA TRICìCLICA, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, USO DE UM DERIVADO DE 1-¢(INDOL-3-IL)CARBONIL!PIPERAZINA TRICìCLICA". A invenção diz respeito a derivado de 1-¢(indol-3-il)carbonil!piperazina tricíclica tendo Fórmula Geral I Fórmula I em que X é CH~ 2~, O ou S; R representa 1 a 3 substituintes independentemente selecionados de H, alquila C~ 1-4~, alquilóxi C~ 1-4~ e halógeno; R~ 1~ é cicloalquila C~ 5-8~; R~ 2~ é H ou alquila C~ 1-4~; R~ 3~, R~ 3~<39>, R~ 4~, R~ 4~<39>, R~ 5~ , R~ 5~<39> e R~ 6~<39> são independentemente hidrogênio ou alquila C~ 1-4~, opcionalmente substituída por alquilóxi C~ 1-4~, OH ou halógeno; R~ 6~ é hidrogênio ou alquila C~ 1-4~, opcionalmente substituída por alquilóxi C~ 1-4~, OH ou halógeno; ou R~ 6~ forma, junto com R~ 7~, um anel heterocíclico saturado de 4 a 7 membros, opcionalmente contendo um outro heteroátomo selecionado de O e S; R~ 7~ forma, junto com R~ 6~, um anel heterocíclico saturado de 4 a 7 membros, opcionalmente contendo um outro heteroátomo selecionado de O e S; ou R~ 7~ é H, alquila C~ 1-4~ ou cicloalquila C~ 3-5~, os grupos alquila sendo opcionalmente substituídos por OH, halógeno ou alquilóxi C~ 1-4~; ou um seu sal farmaceuticamente aceitável. A invenção também diz respeito a composições farmacêuticas que compreendem os referidos derivados de 1-¢(indol-3-il)carbonil!piperazina tricíclica, e ao uso destes derivados no tratamento da dor, tal como a dor perioperatória, a dor crónica, a dor neuropática, a dor do câncer e a dor e a espasticidade associadas com a esclerose múltipla.
