Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE POLIéSTER AROMáTICO PARA FABRICAR RECIPIENTES MOLDADOS A SOPRO COM ESTIRAMENTO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de poliéster aromático para fabricar recipientes moldados a sopro com estiramento, que têm melhor endurecimento sob deformação. A composição de poliéster de acordo com a invenção apresenta um baixo teor de DEG, um índice de estiramento natural < 10, um meio-tempo de cristalização >150 segundos a 200<198>C, e compreende um copolímero sulfo-modificado. Comparado com os poliésteres das técnicas anteriores, o poliéster da presente invenção apresenta características de estiramento superiores, tal como um índice de estiramento natural mais baixo (NSR), o que permite a produção de garrafas de PET pequenas, por intermédio de 'parisons' mais finos e mais longos. Tais parisons mais finos e mais longos melhoram a produção de recipientes pequenos, devido a ciclos de resfriamento mais curtos.
