Abstract
"CAVIDADE DE CONFORMAçãO DE UMA LINGOTEIRA PARA O LINGOTAMENTO CONTìNUO DE BARRAS DE TARUGOS BLOCOS E ESBOçOS DE PERFIS, E, LINGOTEIRA". A invenção se refere a uma cavidade de conformação de uma lingoteira para o lingotamento contínuo em barras de tarugos, blocos e esboços de perfis em que o aço é vazado em uma cavidade de lingoteira com uma linha periférica (42), curva por segmentos da seção transversal da cavidade da lingoteira, sendo as paredes da cavidade de conformação refrigeradas. A fim de criar condições ótimas para um uniforme intercâmbio de calor entre uma crosta da barra em formação e a parede da cavidade de conformação ao longo da linha periférica (42) da seção transversal da barra, e a fim de evitar defeitos de solidificação na crosta da barra, propõe-se, de acordo com a invenção, reduzir o grau de curvatura 1/R, nas zonas angulares curvas em forma de meia cana da cavidade de conformação e para o controle de uma eliminação objetiva do intervalo entre a crosta da barra e a parede refrigerada da cavidade de conformação ou de uma modificação objetiva da crosta da barra, pelo menos em uma parte da linha periférica curva (42) das zonas angulares de linhas periféricas (42<39>, 42<39><39>) consecutivas, no sentido de avanço da barra, de ditas zonas angulares, pelo menos ao longo de um segmento parcial do comprimento da lingoteira.
