Abstract
"éSTERES DE BETA-HIDRóXI HETEROAROMáTICOS, OPTICAMENTE ATIVOS, PROCESSOS PARA SUA PREPARAçãO A PARTIR DE BETA-CETOéSTERES E PROCESSOS PARA A PREPARAçãO DESSES BETA-CETOéSTERES". A presente invenção refere-se a ésteres de <225>-hidróxi heteroaromáticos opticamente ativos de fórmula (I) úteis na síntese de derivados de epotilona, os beta-cetoésteres de fórmula (IV) empregados para produzir estes intermediários por meio de uma hidrogenação assimétrica com um catalisador de metal quiral ou redução microbiológica ou enzimática, assim como a processos para sua produção (I), em que: A é um resíduo heteroaromático bicíclico de fórmula (A), Heteroaromático em que 'heteroaromático' representa um anel heteroaromático de 5 ou 6 membros tendo até 2 heteroátomos selecionados de oxigênio, nitrogênio ou enxofre, que é opcionalmente substituído com um ou dois substituintes selecionados de alquila, hidroxialquila opcionalmente protegida, halo-alquila, halogênio ou CN, e R é uma cadeia linear ou cadeia de alquila ramificada, opcionalmente saturada, que opcionalmente contém 1 a 3 átomos de oxigênio; fenila; ciclohexila; ou resíduo de benzila (IV).
