Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA FABRICAçãO E ENCHIMENTO DE RECIPIENTES". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo bem como a um dispositivo para fabricação e enchimento de recipientes, em que ao menos um tubo flexível (12) de material sintético plastificado é extrudado em um molde (16) aberto, o tubo flexível (12) é fechado em sua extremidade avançada quando do fechamento do molde (16) para formação do fundo do recipiente, o tubo flexível (12) acima do molde é separado para formação de uma abertura de enchimento (18) por meio de um elemento de separação (28) e o colde (16) com o tubo flexível (12) apresentando a abertura de enchimento (18) aberta é movido para uma posição de enchimento, em que o recipiente, depois de ter sido formado por produção de um gradiente de pressão ativo no tubo flexível (12) e dilatando o mesmo no molde (16), é cheio e em seguida fechado, sendo que a abertura de enchimento (18) do tubo flexível (12) é coberta, ao menos desde sua formação até ao enchimento do correspondente recipiente, sob um ambiente estéril por uma barreira estéril (30). Devido ao fato de que por meio da barreira estéril (30) ao menos um meio (34) estéril através de um dispositivo de transporte de meio (36) é colocado na direção da abertura de enchimento (18), é obtida uma isenção de germes.
