Abstract
MéTODOS PARA A PRODUçãO DE áCIDO (MET) ACRìLICO OU (MET) ACROLEìNA. Um processo para produzir ácido (met) acrílico ou (met) acroleína, compreendendo submeter pelo menos uma substância a ser oxidada, como uma matéria-prima, selecionada dentre propileno, propano, isobutileno e (met) acroleína a uma reação de oxidação de contato de fase de vapor com um gás contendo oxigênio através de um reator multi-tubular para desse modo obter ácido (met) acrílico ou (met) acroleína, onde mesmo quando a operação estacionária é realizada ao mesmo tempo em que alimentando a matéria-prima na taxa de fornecimento máxima permitida pelo reator ou taxa próxima a esta, aqui pode ser realizada a produção estável com rendimento elevado. Aqui é fornecido um processo para produzir ácido (met) acrílico ou (met) acroleína, caracterizado pelo fato de que no início da reação, durante pelo menos 20 horas após a chegada da taxa de fornecimento por hora da matéria-prima a 30% da taxa de fornecimento máxima permissível por hora da matéria-prima ou mais elevada, a taxa de fornecimento por hora da matéria-prima é mantida em 30% a menos do que 80% da taxa de fornecimento máxima permissível.
