Abstract

"CABO UMBILICAL PARA INSTALAçãO SUBMARINA". A presente invenção refere-se a um cabo umbilical para instalação submarina compreendendo um núcleo de pelo menos dois elementos longitudinais como cabos, tubos e elementos de enchimento sólidos e/ou ocos e uma cobertura circundando o núcleo onde pelo menos um dos elementos de enchimento ocos é provido com várias perfurações e a cobertura é permeável para a água do mar, dessa maneira permitindo que a água do mar encha o interior dos elementos de enchimento, bem como os interstícios entre o cabo, tubo e os elementos de enchimento e a cobertura quando o cabo umbilical é submerso.
