Abstract

DERIVADOS DE 1-ISOPROPIL-2-OXO-1,2-DIIDRO-PIRIDINA-3-CARBOXAMIDA TENDO ATIVIDADE AGONìSTICA DE RECEPTOR 5-HT~4~. A presente invenção refere-se a um composto da fórmula (I): em que R¬1¬ representa um grupo alquila que tem de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono ou um átomo de halogênio, R¬2¬ representa um grupo alquila que tem de 1a 4 átomos de carbono, R¬3¬ representa um átomo de hidrogênio ou um grupo hidróxi e A representa um átomo de oxigênio ou um grupo da fórmula -C(R¬4¬)(R¬5¬)-(em que R¬4¬ representa um átomo de hidrogênio ou um grupo alquila que tem de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono e R¬5¬representa um grupo hidróxi ou um grupo alcóxi tendo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono) ou uns sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis dos mesmos. Estes compostos têm atividade agonística de receptor de 5-HT~4~, e desse modo são úteis para o tratamento de doença de refluxo gastroesofageano, dispepsia de não-úlcera, dispepsia funcional, síndrome de intestino irritável ou outras em mamífero, especialmente seres humanos.
