Abstract
PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE POLIPEPTìDEO HETERóLOGO EM E. COLI é descrito um processo de produção de polipeptídeo heterólogo a E. coli, em que as células de E. coli compreendem ácido nucléico codificador do polipeptídeo são cultivadas em meio de cultivo mediante alimentação ao meio de cultivo de organofosfato transportável, de tal forma que o ácido nucléico seja expresso. O polipeptídeo é recuperado das células em seguida.
