Abstract
"EMULSãO COMESTìVEL E MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE UMA EMULSãO COMESTìVEL". A presente invenção refere-se a uma emulsão comestível que tem uma viscosidade de 4.500 cps ou mais. A emulsão comestível tem 75,0% em peso de óleo, ou menos, e menos de 4,0% em peso de emulsificante líquido. A emulsão comestível tem boas características de cor, de textura e de sabor e é substancialmente livre de colesterol e de carboidratos.
