Abstract

DERIVADOS QUIRAIS DE HEPTINA PARA PREPARAçãO DE EPOTILONAS E PROCESSOS PARA SUA PREPARAçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a um novo processo sintético para a produção de intermediários-chave úteis na síntese de epotilonas ou derivados de epotilonas, a certos compostos usados para produzir estes intermediários-chave e a um processo para produzir os referidos compostos. Os intermediários usados são representados por fórmulas II e III, em que R é selecionado entre H, alquila, e alquila substituída e X¬ 1¬ é um grupo protetor de oxigênio.
