Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE POLìMERO ABSORVENTE, PARTìCULAS DE POLìMERO ABSORVENTE, COMPÈSITO, PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE COMPÈSITO, PRODUTOS QUìMICOS, USOS DOS REFERIDOS POLìMERO ABSORVENTE E COMPóSITO, E DISPOSITIVOS. A presente invenção refere-se a m processo para a produção de um polímero absorvente, que compreende as etapas processuais: i) polimerização de uma solução aquosa monomérica para obter um gel de polímero; ii) cominuição do gel de polímero para obter um granulado de gel; e iii) secagem do granulado de gel, em que o granulado de gel, após a etapa ii), tem um comportamento de espalhamento. O processo de produção de um polímero absorvente é distinguido por ele mesmo por uma etapa de secagem iii) particularmente eficiente, que propícia uma secagem branda e uniforme do granulado de gel. Os polímeros absorventes assim obtidos, e produtos e itens produzidos deles, têm uma qualidade de produto particularmente uniforme e propriedades físico-químicas constantes.
