Abstract

BEBIDA LáCTEA ACìDICA Pretende-se prover uma bebida láctea acídica com sabor agradável, dotada de excelente estabilidade de qualidade e textura leve exigidas para bebidas de baixas calorias, mesmo com baixo teor de sólidos lácteos não gordurosos na bebida Láctea acídica. Isto é, uma bebida láctea acídica caracterizada pelo fato de conter polidextrose e sacarose com teor de sólidos lácteos não gordurosos de 1,0% a 4,0% em massa.
