Abstract
COMPOSIçõES FARMACêUTICAS. A presente invenção fornece compostos de bipirimidinila difosfina de fórmula (I), onde R é alquila opcionalmente substituída, cicloalquila, arila ou heteroarila; R<39> e R"são independentemente alquila opcionalmente substituída, cicloalquila, arila ou heteroarila; ou um enantiómero deste; ou uma mistura enantiomérica deste. Os compostos de fórmula (I) são compostos de bipirimidinila difosfina atropisométricos e, logo, podem ser empregados como ligantes para gerar catalisadores de metal de transição que podem ser aplicados em uma variedade de reações assimétricas, por exemplo, em reações de substituição alílicas assimétricas catalisadas por paládio. Os compostos da presente invenção são de fácila acesso em alta pureza isométrica de acordo com os métodos divulgados aqui.
