Abstract

UM PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE ENANTIÈMERO DE ANLODIPINO EM ALTA PUREZA óTICA, A presente invenção se relaciona a um processo para preparação de solvato (S)-Anlodipino-L-hemitartarato DMF oticamente puro compreendido das etapas de tratar base (R,S)-anlodipino com ácido L-tartárico na presença de dimetilformamida e um co-solvente. A invenção também se relaciona a um processo para conversão de solvato (R) ou (S)-anlodipino-L-hemitartarato DMF em seus besilatos sem isolamento da base quiral livre de anlodipino após a solução.
