Abstract

PLASMìDEO MOB DERIVADO DE RSF1010, BACTéRIA, E, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM METABóLITO úTIL Um plasmídeo Mob tendo um replicon RSF1010, que compreende um gene que codifica a proteína Rep e o dito plasmídeo foi modificado para inativar o gene relacionado com a capacidade de mobilização. A presente invenção também descreve uma bactéria tendo uma capacidade para produzir metabólitos úteis, que compreende o plasmídeo e a dita bactéria carece da timidilato sintase ativa codificada pelo gene thyA e timidina quinase codificada pelo gene tdk e um método para produzir metabólitos úteis, tal como proteínas nativas ou recombinante, enzimas, L-aminoácidos, nucleosídeos e nucleotídeos, ácido orgânico, vitaminas, usando a bactéria.
