Abstract

MéTODO E APARELHO PARA RECONSTITUIçãO DE Pó CONSUMìVEL E FORMAçãO DE ESPUMA.A presente invenção refere-se a um método e aparelho para reconstituição de pó(s) consumível(eis) com um líquido a fim de proporcionaram líquido alimentício, tal como leite, bebida do tipo cappuccino ou sopa com ou sem espuma. O pó é introduzido em um recipiente (15) e pré-umedecido por uma pulverização de líquido de intersecção (13a). Ainda, a mistura ocorre no recipiente. O recipiente pode ter a alimentação de correntes de liquido adicionais (14a) no recipiente para mistura aumentada. Esse líquido alimentício pode, então, ser aspirado pelo efeito Venturi através da geração de vapor para produzir um líquido alimentício espumoso/gaseificado.
