Abstract

GLICOSE DESIDROGENASE DEPENDENTE DE PIRROLOQUINOLINA QUINONA TRANSFORMADA GENETICAMENTE COMPREENDENDO UMA INSERçãO DE AMINOáCIDO. A presente invenção refere-se às variantes aperfeiçoadas de glicose desidrogenases solúveis dependente de pirroloquinolina quinona (PQQ) (s-GDH) compreendendo uma inserção de aminoácido entre as posições 428 e 429 como correspondendo á seqüência de aminoácido conhecida do Acinetobacter calcoacetícus, aos genes codificando tal variante de s-GDH, às proteínas de tais variantes de s-GDH com especificidade de substrato aperfeiçoada para glicose, e ás diferentes aplicações dessas variantes de s-GDH, especificamente para determinação de concentrações de açúcar, especialmente de glicose em uma amostra.
