Abstract

FORMA MEDICAMENTOSA DE MULTIPARTìCULAS CONTENDO SUBSTáNCIAS ATIVAS DE áCIDO NUCLéICO FORMULADAS MUCOADESIVAS BEM COMO PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DA FORMA MEDICAMENTOSA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma forma medicamentosa oral de multipartículas contendo pélets com um tamanho na faixa de 50 até 2500 <109>m, estruturada essencialmente em a) uma camada matriz interna contendo nanopartículas, que contêm uma substância ativa de ácido nucléico e que está incorporado em uma matriz de um polímero com efeito mucoadesivo, e b) um revestimento externo com película consistindo essencialmente em um polímero ou copolímero aniónico que pode ser formulado eventualmente com coadjuvante farmaceuticamente usuais, particularmente plastificante.
